Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
    Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss recruitment status and update them on progress.
  2. Sourcing and Screening:
    Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to find candidates.
    Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  3. Interviewing and Selection:
    Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    Provide feedback to candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
  4. Candidate Experience:
    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status.
  5. Offer Management:
    Work with hiring managers to develop competitive job offers.
    Extend offers to candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
    Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  6. Data Management and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Salary range: Max 20K to 25K

Role: Co-ordination with Business & Internal team, Stake Holder Management.
