Job summary

Solventum seeks an IT Quality and Testing - Automation Specialist to develop test data and automation tests, document results, and recommend decisions. You will install or modify components and contribute to new processes and programs.

You’ll provide Test Automation support to ERP and Applications teams, lead automation across multiple projects, and act as the single point of contact for Testing Automation at Solventum. Hybrid work in Bengaluru, travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• +3 years of IT Quality, Computer Systems Validation or IT Testing.
• +3 years of Tosca automation experience.
• Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high‑pressure environment.
• Experience in diverse multi‑national environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Robust background in modern technical processes and methodologies.
• Experience in Healthcare Industry.
• Willingness to be on‑call.
• Experience in QTest, JIRA and Tosca platforms.
• Experience in Tosca Test Automation framework development.
• Implement, Setup automation framework, Lead the automation for multiple projects.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Develops test data and automation tests.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
• +3 years of experience in IT Quality, Computer Systems Validation or IT Testing.
• +3 years of experience in Tosca automation.
