Accountabilities

• Project management: Manage teams across multiple time zones, set project scope, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while utilizing agile methodologies.
• Project delivery: Ensure timely and budget-conscious project deliveries from initiation to closure.
• Stakeholder management: Facilitate internal and external meetings while engaging stakeholders based on their needs.
• Change management: Identify project scope changes and develop required change orders.
• Project communication: Establish effective communication plans to keep all parties informed.
• Risk & escalation management: Identify risks, manage issues, and handle escalations promptly.
• Project governance & compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to established delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably with a background in Software or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including financials and management principles.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes, particularly in Service, Electrical, or Software Engineering domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL V3 and/or V4 is a plus; certification an advantage.
