Qualifications

• 8-20 years of experience in IT management role, preferably in garment or textile industry.
• Ability to manage hardware and software related issues.
• Experience with Oracle systems and data management.
• Experience with server, storage, and network maintenance.
• Experience provisioning users and managing email systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer hardware and software issues.
• Develop Oracle software as needed for the organization.
• Monitor cybersecurity and user access policies.
• Maintain servers and data storage devices.
• Implement and enforce security alerts and cybersecurity policies.
• Setup new systems for new hires and trials; manage credentials and access.
• Maintain internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
• Monitor for cyber-attack indicators on official sites and systems.
• Generate product Excel data from Oracle for NuOrder upload.
• Manage website credentials for Shopify, Late, Web-Shop, etc.
