Job summary

Calderys in India is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, implement, and support ERP integrations between SAP, Oracle ERP and MES systems, collaborating across time zones to ensure seamless data flow.

You will use CPI, OIC, Data Bricks, and .NET based integration services to connect ERP with manufacturing and third‑party apps, provide troubleshooting, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in systems integration with SAP and Oracle ERP.
• Strong knowledge of middleware tools and integration frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, data synchronization and event-driven workflows.
• Experience with MES and related software applications.
• Agile project management experience and strong communication.
• Certifications in SAP, Oracle, or integration technologies are a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Mission

With expertise in SAP and Oracle ERP systems, the Integration Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions that connect our ERP systems with various manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other software applications. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Integration Development:
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SAP, Oracle Cloud ERP systems, and various MES and third-party applications.
• Utilize middleware tools (such as CPI, OIC, Data Bricks, .NET Based Integration services) and techniques to facilitate smooth data exchange and communication between disparate systems.
• System Support:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for integration issues related to SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of integrations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with global stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with users in various locations, understanding their unique needs and cultural considerations.
• Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, data flows, and system configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on integration functionalities and best practices.
• Project Management:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience 5 years in systems integration, specifically with SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of middleware tools and integration frameworks (CPI, OIC, Azure).
• Experience supporting and enhancing custom .NET and/or Python middleware services used for enterprise integrations, including APIs, data synchronization, and event-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other related software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a global and multicultural environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
• Certifications in SAP, Oracle, or integration technologies.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
