Job summary

ERM Placement Services seeks an experienced Infrastructure Consultant to design, implement, and govern Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions for banking clients. The role involves assessing existing infrastructure, conducting Business Impact Analysis, defining RTO/RPO strategies, and designing resilient DC-DR architectures across on-premises and cloud environments.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Hyper-V, and hybrid clouds, along with

Qualifications

• Experience in designing DC-DR and BCP for critical banking systems.
• Ability to perform BIA, risk assessments, and define RTO/RPO targets.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud DR architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of banking BFSI regulatory compliance and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern DR/BCP solutions for banking clients.
• Assess existing infrastructure and perform Business Impact Analysis.
• Define RTO/RPO strategies and conduct risk assessments.
