Job summary

ERM Placement Services seeks an experienced Infrastructure Consultant to design, implement and govern Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity solutions for banking clients. The role includes assessing existing infrastructure, conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and defining RTO/RPO strategies for on‑premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing DR/BCP for banking clients.
• Experience with BIA, risk assessments, and RTO/RPO definition.
• Familiarity with on‑premises and cloud DR architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and govern DR/BCP solutions for BFSI clients.
• Assess existing infrastructure and conduct BIA and risk assessments.
• Define RTO/RPO strategies and architect DC-DR across on‑prem and cloud.
• Work with data center operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
