A leading gaming support company in Pune is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting for desktop and laptop systems, and installing software. Qualifications

• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Desktop, Laptops, Peripherals, Applications and Windows Operating System related issues.
• Knowledge of Networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Antivirus.
• Exposure to remote management tools.
• Assertive communication skills (written/Verbal) with the ability to deal with users at all levels in organization and customer service orientation.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Exposure on remote management tools and workflow.
• Ability to prioritize, schedule work and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment logically and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by answering questions and troubleshooting problems.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer issues.
• Install and configure software and desktop systems.
• Installation of PCs, Network printers over the LAN.
• Installation and troubleshooting of software, including operating systems.
• Installation and configuration of Office365 client software.
• Keep inventory of PCs and peripherals.
• IT enablement for new users in terms of system config, deployment & email.
• Attend and resolve day-to-day desktop calls.

Job Responsibilities

• Basic Troubleshooting Skills and VLAN’s knowledge.
• Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems.
• Maintenance of PC Desktop Systems
• Installation of PC’s, Network printers over the Local Area Network.
• Installation and troubleshooting of software’s, including operating systems.
• Installation and Configuration of Office365 client software’s
