Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Financials specialist to lead end-to-end financial modules and related integrations. You will work across Global Finance teams to translate requirements into scalable, compliant solutions and manage complex upgrades.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience with R12 architecture and cloud integrations. You will drive process improvements and participate in cross-functional ERP programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax), SLA, and R12 architecture.
• Experience with record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and financial close processes.
• Strong understanding of external tax systems and e-invoicing platforms; exposure to Oracle EBS Cloud/FAH integrations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), EBTax, iExpenses, Purchasing, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).


• Strong understanding of E-Business Tax,Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close processes.


• Experience supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS R12 environments and integration with any of the external Tax System like Sabrix, Vertex, Avalara etc.


• Strong Experirnce on any of e-invoicing platform like Pagero, Sovos etc.


• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EBS Financial solutions aligned with corporate finance and compliance requirements.


• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), SLA, Intercompany Accounting, Multi-Org, Global Accounting Engine, and financial reporting solutions.


• Knowledge of Oracle technical components including SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, Discoverer/BI Publisher, Interfaces, Conversions, and APIs.


• Experience with integration technologies involving Oracle EBS, third‑party applications, banking systems, tax solutions, and enterprise reporting platforms.


• Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and hybrid EBS-Cloud environments, supporting coexistence and migration initiatives.


• Understanding of AI‑enabled use cases such as financial anomaly detection, invoice automation, intelligent reconciliation, predictive analytics, and conversational reporting.


• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Audit, and IT teams to drive continuous process improvement.


• Lead support, enhancement, upgrade, and transformation initiatives while ensuring system stability and compliance.


• Participate in global projects, M&A integrations, business process harmonization, and enterprise‑wide finance transformation programs.


• Provide functional leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.


• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials, E-Invocing and Tax Platforms with strong functional expertise across core financial modules.


• Proven experience in solution architecture, business process design, and enterprise financial systems.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition, financial close processes, and internal controls.


• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 architecture, financial integrations, and reporting frameworks.


• Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and cloud transformation initiatives is desirable.


• Familiarity with AI, automation, and analytics technologies that drive finance process efficiency and business insights.


• Experience working in complex global organizations with onshore-offshore delivery models.


• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


• Ability to develop solution documentation, functional specifications, test strategies, and business process documentation.


• Experience supporting large-scale ERP programs, finance transformation, and post‑merger integration initiatives is a plus.


• Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud certifications would be advantageous.
