Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) systems for urban road digital monitoring.
• Design and maintain the digital monitoring platform for real-time project tracking and data visualization.
• Integrate digital tools such as GIS, IoT sensors, and dashboards for effective road infrastructure monitoring.
• Coordinate with technical teams for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with project standards.
• Generate performance reports and analytics to support decision‑making and project planning.
• Provide technical support and training to project stakeholders on the use of digital systems.
• Liaise with IT vendors and government agencies for system interoperability and scalability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Geoinformatics / IT / Computer Applications or related field
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in IT systems, digital monitoring, or infrastructure analytics.
• Experience with RAMS frameworks, GIS, IoT integration, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of urban infrastructure monitoring systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
