Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 6+ years of IT experience to lead Identity & Access Management initiatives. You will work with ServiceNow and related IAM tools, document requirements, and collaborate within Agile teams.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Surat-based position within India.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls.
• Expertise in ServiceNows functionality, database structure, and APIs uses.
• Technical proficiency in IAM technologies, including SailPoint, Delinea, HarshiCorp, Active Directory, UNIX, iSeries, databases
• Solid experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to document requirements effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written and active listening skills with proven facilitation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional presentation and reporting skills.
