Job summary

Cherish Hr Services seeks a SAP Audit/Control Testing professional with 2+ years in SAP audit or security design. The role covers ITGC/ITAC, SOX around SAP ECC/S/4 HANA, and data-migration reviews, requiring strong communication and business-process insight. Travel within India may be needed.

The candidate should have hands-on SAP Financial and security implementation exposure and familiarity with SAP GRC versions. Big4 or SI background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP audit, SAP security design/re-design, or SAP Financial implementation.
• Hands-on SAP Financial and security implementation and/or SAP audit experience; exposure to SAP GRC preferred.
• Experience across SAP FICO, ABAP/SECURITY, GRC, MM/SD, and R/3 & S/4 versions.
• Strong communication, business process understanding and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan engagement with team and develop workpapers/deliverables.
• Execute SAP ITGC/ITAC and SOX reviews around SAP ECC/S/4 HANA; include pre/post go-live reviews and data migration checks.
• Demonstrate strong business process knowledge and provide recommendations per industry best practices.
• Interact with heads of departments, SAP partners, and client IT teams; maintain client relationships.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagements and supervise junior staff.

JoB ROLE: SAP Audit/ SAP Control testing

Requirements

• Any Graduation degree from a reputed college with minimum 3-4 years of SAP audit and implementation experience.
• One end to end SAP implementation experience or at least 3 years of SAP support in FICO, MM and SD module.
• Candidate should be well versed with the configuration across different processes for the respective modules.
• Deep technical skills with experience in SAP FICO, ABAP/SECURITY, GRC, MM/SD/, FICO and R/3 & S4 versions are desired.
• Must have good business process knowledge and excellent communication skills
• Global SAP certification would be a plus point.
• Work experience in a Big4 - PwC, Deloitte or system integrator companies (Infosys, HCL, Siemens, IBM, Accenture, Wipro, TCS) would be an advantage
• Experience in any Module core function would be plus point

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop relevant workpapers/deliverables.
• Would be required to execute SAP related audit and advisory engagements IT Audits: ITGC (IT General Control testing), ITAC (IT Automated Control Testing), SOX review around SAP ECC and S/4 HANA application, Pre & Post implementation review, Data migration review, Pre & Post Go-Live reviews, Configuration review, Segregation of duties design, SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control experience.
• Is expected to demonstrate strong business process understanding and provide reasonable recommendation as per industry best practice.
• Is expected to be a quick learner, adapt to new client situations quickly and work under a competitive environment
• Would be responsible for ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects
• Would be responsible to interact independently with various Head of Departments and CXO level personnel, SAP implementation partner, client IT teams and other stakeholders.
• Is expected to maintain excellent client relationship
• Must have problem solving skills, a strong drive and resilience and excellent documentation/ report writing skills
• Supervise associates and interns on engagements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in any of the following areas: SAP audit, SAP security design/re-design, SAP Financial implementation
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• Hands-on SAP Financial and security implementation and/or effective SAP audit experience, ideal candidate will have both; exposure to SAP GRC version 10.1 is preferred
• Project or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
• Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time
