Responsibilities

• Perform SOC 1 and SOC 2 control testing per AICPA standards and audit methodologies.
• Execute IT audit engagements including planning, walkthroughs, testing, evidence collection, and reporting.
• Assess ITGCs, application controls, and business process controls.
• Identify control deficiencies, risks, and remediation opportunities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to obtain audit evidence and resolve observations.
• Prepare clear audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in audit procedures and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
• Support process improvements by automating audit tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SOC 1 and SOC 2 control testing in accordance with AICPA standards and established audit methodologies.
• Execute IT audit engagements, including planning, walkthroughs, control testing, evidence collection, documentation, and reporting.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, and business process controls.
• Evaluate client control environments and identify control deficiencies, risks, and remediation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to obtain audit evidence and resolve audit observations.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and high-quality audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and AI Agents to improve efficiency in routine audit procedures, documentation, evidence analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client-specific audit requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate and optimize audit processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 57 years of hands‑on experience in IT Audit with a strong focus on SOC 1 and SOC 2 control testing and audit execution.
• Solid understanding of:
  • o SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements
  • o IT General Controls (ITGC)
  • o Risk and Control Frameworks
  • o Control testing methodologies
  • o Audit documentation standards
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and AI Agents to streamline routine audit activities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple audit engagements while meeting project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Fieldguide, the AI‑native platform for Audit & Advisory.
• Experience with audit management platforms such as AuditBoard, Workiva, TeamMate+, or CaseWare is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as:
  • o CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
