Job summary

Vbeyond Corporation in Pune invites an IT Audit specialist to join our risk and controls team. You will lead and execute IT governance, ITGC, and assurance activities across systems, applications and infrastructure.

Leverage knowledge of standards such as NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL, COBIT and SOC frameworks, and use IT audit tools to deliver well-structured findings. You will present practical remediation recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT audit and assurance services.
• Knowledge of IT controls and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOX, COBIT, or equivalent standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit IT systems and governance processes.
• Apply knowledge of IT regulations and benchmarks (NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL, etc.).
• Utilize IT audit tools and follow established methodologies.
• Perform ITGC, SOX 404, SOC-1 and SOC-2 audits.
• Assess risk management and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate ERP system controls.
• Demonstrate strong project management and communication.
• Present audit findings with clear recommendations.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• IT Audit with knowledge of IT governance practices
• Good to have knowledge of other IT regulations, standards and benchmarks used by the IT industry (e.g. NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL, OWASP, SOX, COBIT, SSAE18/ISAE 3402 etc.)
• Technical Knowledge of IT Audit Tools with excellent knowledge of IT Audit process and methodology
• Prior IT Audit experience in areas of ITGC, SOX 404, SOC-1 and SOC-2 Audits and Application Controls
• Exposure to Risk Management and Governance Frameworks/ Systems will be an added advantage
• Exposure to ERP systems will be added advantage
• Strong project management, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Knowledge of security measures and auditing practices within various applications, operating systems, and databases
