Responsibilities

• Organize and lead meetings and workshops to systematically identify, analyze, and correct issues.
• Ensure error documentation is complete, consistent, and fully traceable.
• Maintain regular communication with responsible stakeholders during ticket creation and issue resolution.
• Track and monitor issues against agreed due dates and milestones.
• Actively participate in structured problem‑solving activities, workshops, shopfloor meetings, Technical Staff meetings (TSM’s).
• Prioritize issues and elevate critical topics to management when required.
• Coordinate with global teams (DTNA, MBT, MB Brazil, DICV) to ensure aligned issue resolution.
• Support release and vehicle development phases by managing issue risks.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports through written documentation and management presentations.
• Apply AI‑based insights to enhance issue detection, prioritization, and decision‑making across the issue lifecycle.
