Suresh Surana & Associates seeks an experienced ISMS/ISO 27001 professional in Mumbai to review and update information security documents, design and train ISMS frameworks, and handle GRC or audit tooling. The role emphasizes risk management, governance, and DPDPA implementation.

The candidate should be able to travel abroad on short notice, possess strong client-facing skills, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity, information technology, computer science or related discipline.
• ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor
• ISO 22301 certification

Responsabilités

• Review documents to ensure ISO 27001 requirements are met and updated as needed.
• Design, implement and train ISMS frameworks across organizations.
• Work on GRC, compliance or audit tools.
• Demonstrate strong risk management and security governance.
• Apply knowledge of DPDPA and its implementation.
• Understand VAPT and business continuity requirements.
• Willing to travel abroad on short notice.
• Deliver compelling presentations using MS Office tools.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Operate with minimum supervision and be self-driven.
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Role & responsibilities

IMMEDIATE JOINER

1. Have expertise in ISO 27001 standards requirements to review documents and to update them as might be required.

2. Have experience in design, implementation, training of ISMS frameworks across multiple organizations.

3. Should be able to work on GRC, Compliance or audit tools.

4. Strong understanding of risk management, control assessments, security governance.

5. Knowledge of DPDPA and it's implementation.

6. Should have understanding of VAPT and business continuity requirements.

7. Open to travelling abroad on short notice.

8.Good presentation skills using tools like MS Office.

9. Strong client facing and stakeholder handling skills.

10. Self driven, is able to work with minimum supervision.

11. Good communicator both oral and written in English.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity, information technology, computer science or related discipline.
