Job summary

Fino Payments Bank Ltd in Navi Mumbai invites an Assistant Manager - Internal Audit (IS/IT Audit) to join our Internal Audit department. Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.

The role focuses on evaluating IT controls, cybersecurity, and risk management within a banking environment. You will lead risk-based audits, identify control gaps, draft observations, and coordinate with Technology, Information Security and Business teams.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Internal Audit, IS Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Risk or Technology Risk.
• Banking/Payments Bank/Small Finance Bank experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of RBI IT & Cybersecurity guidelines and CSITE framework.
• Hands-on ITGC, IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM, VAPT, WAF, DR/BCP, Change Management and Application Controls.
• Experience in executing risk-based IT/IS audits, identifying control gaps and drafting audit observations.
• Ability to independently manage audits and coordinate with Technology, Information Security and Business teams.
• CISA / CISM / CISSP / ISO 27001 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based IT/IS audits and assess effectiveness of controls.
• Identify control gaps and draft clear audit observations.
• Coordinate with Technology, Information Security and Business teams to implement fixes.
• Independently manage audits from planning to reporting.
