Artech Infosystems Private Limited is seeking a hands-on Ironclad CLM Solution Architect for a 9–12 month contract, fully remote (EST). The role emphasizes Ironclad configuration, workflow design, data mapping and backend integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

You will interact with senior leadership to tailor CLM solutions. The candidate should have 10+ years overall experience, with 5+ years directly in Ironclad CLM, and be able to reverse-engineer existing implementations while ensuring

• 5+ years hands-on Ironclad CLM experience.
• Strong Ironclad configuration and workflow implementation.
• Hands-on data mapping and backend integration experience.
• Proven experience integrating Ironclad with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Understanding of authentication, permissions, data security, and integration architecture.
• Ability to assess/reverse-engineer existing Ironclad/Salesforce implementations.
• Strong CLM business process knowledge, workflows and best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Design and implement end-to-end Ironclad CLM solutions.
• Configure Ironclad workflows based on business requirements.
• Perform data mapping, integration design, and backend integration activities.
• Design and support Ironclad–Sales Cloud integration.
• Assess and reverse-engineer existing Salesforce and Ironclad implementations.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, permissions, authentication, and scalability.
• Recommend best practices, optimization opportunities, and improvements.
• Act as Ironclad SME and provide functional + technical guidance.
• Present implementation scope and benefits to senior stakeholders.

Job Title: Ironclad Contract Management – Solution Architect

Location: 100% Remote – EST Time Zone

Contract Duration: 9–12 Months (Extendable)

Experience: 10+ Years overall preferred

Ironclad: 5+ Years of recent hands‑on experience

We are looking for a hands‑on Ironclad CLM Solution Architect with strong expertise in Ironclad configuration, workflow implementation, data mapping, and backend integrations.

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of recent, hands‑on Ironclad CLM experience
• Strong experience with Ironclad configuration and workflow implementation
• Hands‑on experience with data mapping and backend integrations
• Proven experience integrating Ironclad with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Strong understanding of authentication, permissions, data security, and integration architecture
• Ability to assess/reverse‑engineer existing Ironclad and Salesforce implementations
• Strong understanding of CLM business processes, workflows, and best practices
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with senior stakeholders and MD-level leadership

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Design and implement end‑to‑end Ironclad CLM solutions
• Configure Ironclad workflows based on business requirements
• Perform data mapping, integration design, and backend integration activities
• Design and support Ironclad–Salesforce Sales Cloud integration
• Assess and reverse‑engineer existing Salesforce and Ironclad implementations
• Ensure data accuracy, security, permissions, authentication, and scalability
• Recommend best practices, optimization opportunities, and solution improvements
• Act as an Ironclad SME and provide functional + technical guidance
• Clearly present implementation scope, solution recommendations, business benefits, and technical approach to senior stakeholders

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with other CLM platforms
