Emami in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand invites qualified personnel for an IPQA/Quality Assurance role on the shop floor. You will monitor in-process quality, ensure timely FG releases in SAP, and maintain meticulous records for control samples and IPQA documentation.

You will participate in daily quality meetings, prepare packing instructions for export products, and verify CTQ/CCP and AOQL formats per defect classification while ensuring GMP and hygiene on the floor.

Responsabilidades

• In-process quality monitoring on the shop floor.
• On-time finished goods release in SAP and FG clearance during online operation.
• Maintain control samples and their records.
• Prepare IPQA documents and CTQ/CCP weight sheets.
• Lead daily quality meetups on shop floor.
• Prepare export packing instructions and NPD AOQ/defect-classified documents.

Role & responsibilities

• Online problem solving during operation.
• Verification and maintain records of all kaizen on shop floor.
• WIP bulk analysis in Night shift.
• Cost of Poor Quality reduction:-Online problem solving & improve system to minimize rework & wastage %
• To check the Line clearance and given approval.
• Batch coding verification and given approval of batch coding as per guideline.
• Knowledge about PCRO and Legal metrology norms
• Ensure GMP and hygiene on shop floor during operation.
• To receive job instructions from the reporting authority and follow them timely.
