Job summary

STN Logistics seeks an experienced iPhone repair technician to diagnose and fix iPhone hardware and software issues. You will perform chip-level repair and motherboard diagnostics, troubleshoot displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and Face ID, and communicate repair costs and turnaround times to customers.

You will maintain repair records, inventory, and service documentation, stay current with new iPhone models, and mentor junior technicians in advanced repair techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing iPhones, including hardware and software issues.
• Competence in chip-level repair and motherboard diagnosis.
• Ability to troubleshoot displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers and Face ID.
• Ability to explain repair costs and turnaround times to customers.
• Maintain repair records, spare-parts inventory and service documentation.
• Stay updated on new iPhone models and Apple technologies.
• Mentor junior technicians in advanced repair techniques.
