Job summary

Vizz Media in New Delhi, India, is seeking an experienced iOS developer to build and maintain high-quality mobile apps for iPhone, across multiple screen sizes, in collaboration with design and backend teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of Swift/Objective-C, UIKit, Core Data, and RESTful APIs, with a focus on performance, memory management and smooth user experiences.

Experience with push notifications, In App Purchases, and version control tools like Git/JIRA is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong iOS app development experience for iPhone with multiple screen sizes.

Job Description

• Experience in developing Universal application and handled various screen size of iPhone devices (3.5”-5.5”)
  
• Knowledge of object oriented design, strong OS fundamentals with experience in multi-threaded applications.
• Knowledge of Mac compilation tools, application signing process, Instruments (for performance tuning).
• Good Understanding of OOPS concepts and its implications.
• Knowledge of MAP Kit, XML/JSON/SOAP Parsing, In App Purchase, Social
  Networking, Design Patterns, Camera, Push Notifications, Core Data.
• Good understanding of memory management and multi-threaded development.
• Experience on web service integration (REST, JSON, XML).
• Using version control and tracking tools(e.g. SVN,GIT, JIRA).
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Worked with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc)
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
