Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Investor Relations (IR) Specialist to join our team. The IR Specialist will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing investors and supporting the firm’s efforts to expand and deepen its investor base. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders and managing the ongoing engagement process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Relations Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing limited partners (LPs), providing regular updates on fund performance, portfolio developments, and key initiatives.
  • Address investor inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, events, and conference calls to provide relevant updates and strengthen relationships.
  • Relationship Building and Engagement:
  • Proactively engage with potential limited partners (LPs), including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate and manage the due diligence process for prospective LPs, ensuring all necessary information is thoroughly reviewed and communicated.
  • Support the seamless onboarding process for new LPs, ensuring they are well-informed and integrated into the firm’s investment framework.
  • Network Expansion and Relationship Building:
  • Continuously expand and strengthen your network within the investment community to support the firm’s efforts in building its investor base.
  • Represent Unity Growth Fund at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing the firm’s brand and creating new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Investor Communication and Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for investors, ensuring all updates are accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather and consolidate relevant information for investor communications.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, preferably in the venture capital or private equity sectors.
  • A proven track record of managing investor relationships and communicating effectively with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Strong understanding of the venture capital ecosystem and the role of investor relations within it.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
