Job summary

Artech is seeking experienced professionals in Investment Performance Analytics with strong financial product knowledge and client reporting skills. The role focuses on investment performance reporting, return calculations, attribution, and delivering client-ready reports.

You will handle TWR and MWR, analyze gross-of-fees vs net-of-fees, implement client change requests, respond to queries, and support onboarding while adhering to risk controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial services.
• Hands-on with investment performance reporting and attribution.
• Knowledge of gross-of-fees and net-of-fees returns.
• Experience with time-weighted and money-weighted returns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver investment performance reports, including attribution, contribution, and ex-post/ex-ante risk.
• Analyze gross-of-fees and net-of-fees investment returns.
• Work on time-weighted returns (TWR) and money-weighted returns (MWR).

Role Overview

• Work on time-weighted returns (TWR) and money-weighted returns (MWR).
• Implement client change requests and coordinate with stakeholders on technical solutions.
• Respond to client queries related to performance reporting.
• Support new client onboarding activities.
• Follow operational risk controls and support non-BAU projects.
• Coordinate with onsite delivery partners and support work allocation.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and investment performance analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with performance reporting and attribution.
• Understanding of gross-of-fees and net-of-fees returns.
• Knowledge of time-weighted and money-weighted returns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates from investment performance, performance measurement, and performance analytics teams at financial services or custodian banking organizations are encouraged to apply.
