Goldman Sachs in Bengaluru seeks a Transactions Banking Operations professional to join the new Product Services team. You will drive operating model improvements and enable scalable delivery across onboarding, implementation, testing, go-live and post-go-live support.
You will collaborate with product, risk and engineering to build KPI/KRI frameworks, support automation in testing, and ensure rigorous controls and data-driven decision making.
Transaction Banking Operations is part of Transaction Banking within the Investment Banking Division, comprised of below primary functions: We enable Sales by providing clients a differentiated experience through their pre-sales and go-live journey, through onboarding, implementation and testing, go live and early stage support We provide best in class service to our clients post go live across all their business needs, including payments and transactions flows across our global payment rails We support the build and development of new Treasury Products, Services and Partnerships, alongside Product, Risk and Engineering teams, by handling all Operational process, procedure and control development TxB Operations is a growing sub-division, with regional presence in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New York, Dallas and Tokyo. All our offices work closely together as a single global team. As this business expands we will look to increase our global footprint accordingly.
We are seeking to recruit an individual to join our new Product Services team in TxB Operations. The Product Services team provides various central services to help drive the growth and scalability of operations to meet the business needs of TxB and its clients. Drive, lead and partner with functional owners to build and evolve our target operating model Accountable for cultivating the data driven decision making culture for the organization such as using data to identify inefficiencies and risk that drive critical investment decision Provide thought leadership and centrally manage the staffing requirement model and other strategic planning Identity data requirements and partner with engineering to stand up real time (or close to real time) KPI and KRI framework and reporting Represent and advocate needs of TxB Operations throughout the SDLC cycle for major TxB product roll out and geo-expansion to ensure best in class client experience via frictionless onboarding, implementation and servicing delivery Collaborate with engineering to deliver testing automation for key product offering such as Global Payment to increase efficiency and quality for each of the agile release cycle
