Description:

We are now recruiting Associate / Sr. Associate for our Mumbai office in Investment Banking & Transaction Advisory Team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing business plan and financial model for companies.
• Preparing detailed Information Memorandum / Board Presentations.
• Preparing investment analysis for various investment proposals
• Conducting business valuation and Preparing valuation reports for companies
• Conducting financial due diligence of the companies coordinating with the clients for information flow and presenting your findings to the client.
• . Conducting Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) analysis and Impairment Testing
• Coordinating with clients for information
• Providing deal support and actively engaging with clients for various M&A and fund-raising deals
• Understanding key commercial, strategic, and financial strengths and weaknesses of companies
• First cut evaluation of various M&A opportunities received by clients by understanding operations, financial condition, and deal prospects.
• Preparing Draft letter of interest / MOU / term sheets.
• Evaluating various prospective transactions in terms of: - Valuation, Deal Structure and Terms and conditions
• Assist in Due Diligence process management, coordinate with financial advisors conducting due diligence and legal advisors for agreement drafting.
