Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or related field (internships count).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of DCF, LBO, Comps, and M&A valuation techniques.
