Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing Intune for device and application management, ensuring compliance and security.

Experience: 8-12 years. Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Intune Agent installation, configuration and troubleshooting of any agent sync issues.
• Supporting Intune enrollment by SMS, email and agent‑based methods for end users; hands‑on experience in Intune Admin console.
• Supporting platform‑specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration for Windows laptops and tablets; basic troubleshooting of email access issues on registered devices.
• Handling Intune incident tickets and basic service requests in queue.
• Querying, adding, locking, wiping, and retiring devices from Admin console.
• Monitoring and ensuring Intune services availability.
• Distributing and monitoring applications published via Intune Admin console.
• Generating and providing various reports including agent status and application published status.
• Demonstrating a proven track record in addressing moderately complex technical issues.
• Exhibiting good written and verbal communication skills for communicating at all levels, including presentation skills.
• Being an excellent team player.
• Showcasing excellent troubleshooting skills, self‑motivation, results orientation, and strong organization.
