About the Internship: Apparel Group is hiring a Legal Intern for a 3-month internship programme in Gurgaon. The internship is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to corporate legal work, including legal research, contract management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Eligibility

• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.
• Draft and review agreements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions.
• Drafting legal notices, replies and regulatory representations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, notices, and legal documents.
• Support compliance-related work and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on legal and contractual matters.
• Maintain legal records and coordinate with stakeholders.
