Job summary

Pepperfry is offering a paid internship to law students to gain exposure in commercial contracts and in-house corporate law practices in Mumbai.

Interns will work on contract management, regulatory compliance, litigation support, and legal drafting under the guidance of the legal team. Eligibility includes being in the 3rd/4th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. or the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
• Or enrolled in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to commercial contracts and contract management.
• Assist corporate legal advisory.
• Support litigation processes.
• Assist with regulatory and legal compliance.
• Conduct legal research and drafting.
• Engage in general in-house legal work.
