Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement specialist to shape messages for a global workforce, with a focus on India. You will draft, edit, publish across channels, and partner with stakeholders to drive engagement and clarity around priorities.

With 3-5 years in corporate communications, you will leverage Microsoft 365 tools, storytelling, and content development to elevate our employee experience and align communications with Sprinklr's strategy and culture.

What You'll Do

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

• Support the development and execution of global internal communications programs and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and publish communications across multiple channels and employee audiences.
• Help execute company meetings, leadership forums, organizational announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to communications plans that improve employee understanding of company priorities, strategy, and business performance.

• Support recognition programs, culture initiatives, and key moments across the employee lifecycle.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Support

• Partner with communications colleagues and business stakeholders to support communications needs across the organization.
• Help bring global initiatives and company priorities to life for employees in India.
• Support communications planning and execution for leadership events, employee engagement programs, and business updates.
• Build trusted relationships across functions and geographies to ensure coordinated and effective communications.

Storytelling & Content Development

• Identify, develop, and amplify stories that showcase employee achievements, customer impact, innovation, and business success.
• Translate complex business topics into clear, engaging, and accessible communications.
• Create content that strengthens employee connection to Sprinklr's strategy, culture, and customers.
• Help maintain a consistent voice and narrative across internal communications channels.

Communications Innovation

• Leverage Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and related technologies to improve communications effectiveness.
• Explore AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance content creation, planning, measurement, and execution.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to employee engagement and storytelling.
• Help identify opportunities to improve communications processes, reach, and impact.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, public relations, journalism, content development, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling, editing, and content development capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and how they can enhance communications.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels of the organization.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting employee communications or engagement programs.
• Experience working in a global organization with geographically distributed teams.
• Experience creating presentations, editorial content, newsletters, or event communications.
• Technology, SaaS, or enterprise software experience is a plus.
