Job summary

JSW Steel is seeking an internal audit professional to identify improvements in processes, systems, and controls within our Navi Mumbai operations. The role focuses on assessing policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance while delivering risk-based advisory to management.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor progress toward desired outcomes, drawing on COSO ERM or COBIT frameworks to strengthen risk governance.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in internal auditing or related field such as accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of process audit principles including process review and analysis.
• Experience with risk assurance methodologies like COSO ERM or COBIT.
