Moder Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Chartered Accountant with internal audit expertise for the 3rd line of defense. The role covers statutory audits, risk-based internal audits, management audits and process audits across multiple functions.

You will conduct walkthroughs, control testing, and document findings, presenting observations to senior management. This is an on-site Bengaluru role with immediate joiners preferred; US shift timing and up to 10 LPA with 30% variable on current CTC.

• CA background with audit expertise.
• Experience in statutory audits, risk-based internal audits, management audits and process audits.
• Ability to assess compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and procedures.

7. Ensured adherence to regulatory, client, and contractual requirements through periodic audit reviews. Documented audit observations, root causes, risk impacts, and corrective action plans.
8. Prepared audit reports and presented findings to senior management and stakeholders. Analyzed performance metrics, quality scores, and operational data to identify trends and process gaps.
9. Utilized dashboards and management reports to monitor compliance and operational performance.
10. Must be from CA (Chartered Accountant background)
11. Work from office only
12. Immediate joiners preferable
13. Shift 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM (US Shifts)
14. CTC up to 10 LPA including all variables (30% on current CTC only)
