Position: Internal Audit

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Qualified CA

Experience: 59 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit teams and ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.


• Conduct internal audits, process audits, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and risk assessments.


• Identify process gaps and control deficiencies and recommend improvements.


• Develop SOPs, policies, risk strategies, and control frameworks.


• Manage client relationships and independently handle audit assignments.


• Guide team members, conduct training, and contribute to business development.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA with strong experience in internal auditing and risk management.


• Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and team leadership skills.


• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services firm is preferred.


• Knowledge of key business processes, including O2C, P2P, HR Payroll, and statutory compliance.


• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.


• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
