Job summary

upGrad is seeking a junior content writer to craft web content with SEO focus to attract organic traffic. The role requires a flair for writing, basic SEO understanding, and the ability to produce engaging content across digital platforms.

You will collaborate with SEO managers and editors, optimize blogs and landing pages, and refresh existing content to improve rankings. A degree in any field is acceptable, with preference for English/Hons or Journalism & Mass Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream; English Hons or Journalism & Mass Communication preferred.
• Understanding of basic SEO concepts.
• Ability to research topics and simplify complex information.
• Attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or similar.
