The intern will be responsible for providing L1 support for customer tickets, assisting in the installation and troubleshooting of network products, and working with network switches and routers. The ideal candidate should have an interest in networking and be familiar with scripting languages. This role requires collaboration with senior engineers and may involve working during rotational shifts, including remote night shifts.

We are looking to onboard an intern in our Customer Success team based at Hyderabad to fulfil the below job responsibilities:

• Providing the L1 support for customer tickets
• Supporting the installation and troubleshooting of ONES, OPB, and NCP products.
• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting network switches and routers running SONiC.
• Learn and work with Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking protocols such as BGP, VLAN, EVPN, and VxLAN.
• Support network automation using scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve network issues and optimize performance.
• Assist in testing, documenting, and validating network deployments.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and technical documentation creation.
• Be able to work during rotational shifts. Night shift will be executed on a remote basis only.
