FourKites, Inc. is seeking an Intern - Project Analyst, Network Growth, to serve as the primary contact for customers and partners.

The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. You will participate in weekend rotations and support 24/5 customer emergencies while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative global team.

• Be the primary contact for FourKites customers, partners, and consultants, researching and testing product issues.
• Track issue progress and provide regular updates until incidents are resolved.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, and Consulting Services to resolve customers' issues.
• Participate in weekend rotation for 24/5 customer emergencies.

Are you looking to be a Project Analyst on a growing team? If so, this may be the role for you! You will be the face of FourKites to our customers—their main point of contact for everything they need. From helping customers to track urgent shipments to providing assistance to carriers hauling the loads, you will be the product expert and go-to person to help users when they reach out.

What you’ll be doing:

• First point of contact for FourKites customers, partners & consultants to Research, troubleshoot, replicate and test product problems, bugs
• Track issue progress and provide regular updates to clients until incidents are resolved
• Interface with Development, QA and Consulting Services as needed to resolve customer issue s
• Be part of weekend rotation for 24/5 customer emergencie s
