Job summary

FourKites, Inc. in Chennai is seeking an Intern - Project Analyst for Network Growth to be the face of the company for customers and partners. You will help customers track shipments, resolve issues, and become the product expert on our platform.

You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and consulting teams to diagnose problems, test solutions, and ensure timely resolutions. Weekend rotations and evening shifts are part of the role to support global customers.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented and precise.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a global team environment.
• Capable of handling pressure and escalated customer situations with diplomacy.
• Willing to work weekend rotational shifts.
• Available to work 2-11 PM as regular timing.
• No arrears or backlogs.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for FourKites customers, partners & consultants to troubleshoot product problems.
• Track issue progress and provide regular updates to clients until incidents are resolved.
• Interface with Development, QA and Consulting Services to resolve customer issues.
• Be part of weekend rotation for 24/5 customer emergencies.

Are you looking to be a Project Analyst on a growing team? If so, this may be the role for you! You will be the face of FourKites to our customers—their main point of contact for everything they need. From helping customers to track urgent shipments to providing assistance to carriers hauling the loads, you will be the product expert and go-to person to help users when they reach out.

What you’ll be doing:

• First point of contact for FourKites customers, partners & consultants to Research, troubleshoot, replicate and test product problems, bugs
• Track issue progress and provide regular updates to clients until incidents are resolved
• Interface with Development, QA and Consulting Services as needed to resolve customer issue s
• Be part of weekend rotation for 24/5 customer emergencie s
