Job summary

Bain & Company India invites an Intern - Recruiting (Human Resources) who is passionate about talent acquisition and candidate engagement. Post-Graduate Fresher or pursuing, with an expected 2025 graduation, you will support sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination across BCN India.

You will work with the Recruiting team to draft job descriptions, post on job boards, coordinate interviews, and prepare recruitment reports, while delivering a positive candidate experience and learning from

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate fresher or pursuing from a reputed institute with expected graduation in 2025.
• Proficient in sourcing tools and techniques across job boards, LinkedIn and social media.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage MIS and reporting.
• Data handling and analysis skills are preferred.

• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications and ATS updates.

Experience Range Required: Post-Graduate Fresher/Pursuing from a reputed institute
Year of Passing: 2025

• Passionate about talent acquisition and recruiting, particularly in proactive sourcing and candidate interaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.

• Willingness to learn or previous exposure to various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage MIS and reporting.

• Data handling and data analysis skills are preferred.

Who You Will Work With

The incumbent in this role is expected to support Recruiting efforts for Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Function at BCN India.

The team member aligns with the Recruiting team for:

• Identifying and engaging with qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

• Candidate coordination.

• Recruitment support.

• Maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Supporting the growth and success of the company.

What You'll Do1. Sourcing & Screening

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.

2. Candidate Coordination

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.

• Coordinate and manage candidate communications, including interview invitations and follow-up emails.

• Assist in managing the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely updates to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

3. Recruitment Support

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and the company’s career page.

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.

• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track the progress of hiring initiatives.

4. Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist in gathering candidate feedback after interviews and communicating it to the relevant teams.
