Job summary

At M2P Fintech, we are seeking a data-focused professional to tackle real business problems with data as the core tool. You'll contribute end-to-end, from building data pipelines to deriving actionable insights that inform product decisions.

You will work with SQL and Python, analyze complex datasets, evaluate models, and collaborate with product teams to translate questions into robust analytical solutions that drive impact.

• Strong SQL: write efficient queries, work with complex schemas, aggregate and join data
• Python scripting: automate tasks, manipulate data (pandas/numpy), write clean code
• Analytical mindset: hypothesis testing, troubleshooting, problem decomposition
