WSP India is seeking a Consultant- Project Coordinator to support AUS Mining projects by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely delivery. You will liaise with Project Managers, engineering teams, project controls, and commercial functions to support governance and successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or related discipline.
• CAPM, PMP certifications advantageous.
• Mining, EPCM, or infrastructure project experience preferred.

Job Description

The Consultant- Project Coordinator will support AUS Mining projects by coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring timely tracking of project deliverables. The role works closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, project controls, and commercial functions to support successful project execution and governance.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items.
• Planning & Scheduling: Support MSP/P6 schedules and monitor project progress.
• Reporting: Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Risk & Change: Maintain project trackers and registers (risks, issues, actions, and changes).
• Governance: Support project compliance, approvals, and governance processes.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate project data, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with PMs, engineers, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery processes.
• Experience supporting engineering, mining, EPCM, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Tools

• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Power BI and project reporting tools.
• Understanding of project lifecycle, project governance, and document control processes.
• Knowledge of risk, issue, and action tracking methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Project Management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or equivalent is advantageous.
• Relevant mining, EPCM, or infrastructure project experience preferred.
