Job summary

WSP India is seeking an Intermediate Professional for Accounts Receivable Services to manage collections for commercial clients and ensure timely payments. The role involves receipting, allocations, investigations of payment issues, and contributing to period-end reporting.

We expect candidates to have a diploma/certificate or bachelor’s in accounting/finance and at least two years of high-volume collections experience, with strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in high volume collections.
• Diploma holder of bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Timely collections and monitoring outstanding debts for commercial clients.
• Investigating, escalation and/or resolution of client enquiries.
• Regular follow up of payments for invoices due.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Checking bank transactions and resolution of issues with unidentified payments.

• Providing weekly and monthly reports for aged receivables and collections.

Responsibilities

Collections and Administration

• Timely collections and monitoring outstanding debts for commercial clients

Qualifications

• Diploma holder of bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Account Receivable StaƯ, Billing and Collection StaƯ or equivalent.

Experience, skills and organisational knowledge

• At least two 2 years’ experience in high volume collections
