Job summary

CJ Living in Delhi seeks a Senior Kitchen & Wardrobe Designer with 6+ years of experience to design premium modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions. You will manage projects from brief to finalisation and prepare detailed 2D layouts and 3D presentations using AutoCAD and related software.

You will coordinate with high-end residential clients, architects, interior designers, vendors and execution teams, mentor junior designers, and ensure drawings are accurate and ready for execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in premium residential kitchen and wardrobe design.
• Strong portfolio of premium residential kitchen and wardrobe projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max).
• Experience working with high-end residential clients, architects and interior designers.
• Ability to independently manage projects and present concepts to clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Mentoring or guiding junior designers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, accessories, cabinetry, and installation details.
• Understand client requirements, space planning, functionality, aesthetics, and budget to deliver customised design solutions.
• Present design concepts, material selections, finishes, and technical specifications to clients professionally.
• Coordinate with high-end residential clients, architects, interior designers, vendors, and execution teams throughout the project.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure design accuracy and practical execution.
• Ensure all drawings, specifications, and designs are technically accurate and ready for execution.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, review their designs, and support the team in improving design quality and technical accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
• Experience working with high-end residential clients, architects, and interior designers.
• Ability to independently manage projects and confidently present design concepts to clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior designers will be preferred.
