Job summary

Urban Ladder in Mumbai is seeking a design-focused candidate to translate client conversations into complete interior design concepts. You will build aesthetic and functional floor plans, meet clients to advance projects, and communicate with vendors and the team to ensure execution.

You will prepare client presentations with 2D and 3D outputs, handle costing and quotes, stay updated on interior trends, and manage multiple projects and clients with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and develop complete design to suit their requirements.
• Create aesthetically and functionally sound designs and floor plans for various projects.
• Meet with the clients intermittently to take the process ahead smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client needs and execution/production needs.
• Prepare client presentations with necessary 2D and 3D outputs.
• Work out costing and create quotes for clients.
• Maintain industry knowledge & Gain knowledge on competitors and their offerings/processes to stay relevant.
• Should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and handle multiple clients at the same point.
• Ability to Handle Customer objections

The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
