Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Designer to develop functional and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. The candidate will work closely with clients, design teams, and project execution teams to transform design concepts into practical and executable interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Space Planning:

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning based on project requirements.
• Prepare furniture layouts, material selections, colour schemes, and design presentations.
• Create 2D layouts and 3D visualizations for interior design projects.
• Ensure designs meet client expectations, functional requirements, and project specifications.

Design Development & Coordination:

• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
• Work closely with draftsmen, project managers, and site engineers for design development and execution.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior accessories.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and site requirements.

Project Execution Support:

• Coordinate with site teams to ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements and monitor design execution.
• Resolve design-related queries during project execution.
• Ensure design quality, functionality, and adherence to project timelines.

Documentation & Presentation:

• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material boards, and concept proposals.
• Maintain proper documentation of design drawings, material specifications, and revisions.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and management.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
• Strong understanding of space planning and design principles.
• Creative thinking with good visualization and presentation skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and client‑handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture / Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Knowledge of turnkey interior fit‑out projects will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong design portfolios and site coordination experience are preferred.
