A leading Proptech platform in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior General Manager for Human Resources to lead talent acquisition and business partnering. This full-time, on-site role is focused on providing tailored interior design solutions, assisting clients with furniture selections, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a proficiency in design concepts, and preferably a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Bengaluru for an Interior Design Consultant. The Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their design preferences and project requirements. Responsibilities include providing tailored interior design solutions, assisting in furniture selection and layout planning, and maintaining strong customer service to ensure an exceptional client experience. Collaboration with the sales team and ensuring alignment with clients’ budget and timeline expectations are key aspects of the role.
