Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an Architect Interior Fit-Out in Bengaluru, India. The role involves designing, coordinating, and delivering interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

You will develop space planning layouts, design concepts, and detailed drawings, prepare construction drawings and BOQs, and coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams, and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and fit-out execution.
• Good technical understanding of interior construction and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Job Description

Responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering interior fit-out projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop space planning layouts, design concepts, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare construction drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and site execution teams.
• Excellent in making & reviewing drawings and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design and technical issues during execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and fit-out execution.
