We are looking for an Integration Support Coordinator based in India to work alongside us as a true team member.This role turns call transcripts, notes, and open action items into clean trackers, decks, and follow-ups. Time zone overlap with the US team is limited, so you will work mostly from recordings and written context rather than live calls - and you will be trusted to keep the plan moving without needing to be on every call.This is a hands-on role - we need someone who catches issues early, keeps every workstream up to date, and makes sure open action items get closed.What You Will OwnResponsibilitiesIntegration Plan and Workstream TrackingMaintain the master integration tracker across workstreams (network, cybersecurity, identity/devices, applications/email, connectivity, procurement)Update workstream status, dates, and owners after each callTrack budget vs. actual hours by workstream and flag variancesCall Follow-Up and Action ItemsReview call transcripts and recordings, extract action items, owners, and deadlinesLog action items in the tracker and escalate stale onesDraft follow-up emails and status recaps from templateDeliverable and Deck SupportBuild and update integration status slides for client and internal steering committee updatesAssemble Day 1 and Day 100 plans, cutover checklists, and workstream trackersMaintain version control across decks for concurrent dealsProgram Management SupportSupport running the same integration playbook across multiple concurrent acquisitionsTrack due diligence pipeline status for deals not yet in active integrationMaintain the Context Index and file organization for integration artifactsWhat Great Looks Like:Turns transcripts and notes into accurate deliverables, no live call context neededKeeps trackers and decks current across every active deal - no stale dataFlags variances, blockers, and stale action items before they become problemsLearns the playbook well enough to run it cleanly across multiple deals at onceCommunicates clearly and flags blockers or delays as soon as they come upWhat You Bring:2+ years in project/program coordination, PMO, or consulting support role - ideally at a consulting, advisory, or professional services firmComfort working from meeting transcripts and written notes rather than live call attendanceStrong PowerPoint skillsComfort building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, and structured data viewsExcellent written English - you'll be drafting emails and updates that go straight to clientsStrong attention to detail and a low tolerance for stale or broken dataComfortable working independently on recurring tasks without much oversightSome overlap with US Eastern or Central time is preferred but not requiredBonus: background in M&A, IT integration, or program managementTools You Will UseNotion, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), call transcript tools (Fireflies or similar), AI (Copilot, Claude, etc.) and internal communication tools.
