Qualifications

• 1-4 years of integration development experience.

• Familiarity with ITSM processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between Freshworks products and third-party tools.
• Develop custom connectors using Freshworks APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
• Create JavaScript-based scripts for workflow customization and automation.
• Map data fields between Freshworks and external applications.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance during integration.
• Handle ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes where required.
• Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and sales teams on requirements.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and implementation.
• Document integration workflows and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Optimize integrations for scalability and performance.

About the Job

We are looking for an Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Freshworks products (Freshdesk, Freshservice, Freshsales, and Freshchat) and third-party applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with APIs, data mapping, and JavaScript/Node.js scripting to deliver reliable integrations and seamless workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between Freshworks products and third-party CRM, ERP, HR, DevOps, and collaboration tools
• Develop custom connectors using Freshworks APIs, SDKs, and webhooks
• Create JavaScript-based scripts for workflow customization and automation
• Map data fields between Freshworks and external applications
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance during integration
• Handle ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes where required
