Job summary

Peoplefy seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications.

You will build inbound/outbound integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and work on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formula, PL/SQL, and data transformations, plus REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON. You will collaborate across IT and vendors, ensure data security, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology development experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle HCM integration development.
• 3+ years Oracle DB/PLSQL development.
• 2+ years OCI/OIC experience.
• Hands-on SDLC and lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party apps.
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Work on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formula, PL/SQL and data transformations.

• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Work on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formula, PL/SQL and Oracle HCM data transformations.
• Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML and JSON.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization and production support.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents and integration documentation.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors and external partners on integration solutions.
