Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Applications Integration Lead to drive enterprise‑wide integration architecture and lead a team of Integration Developers. This role will own end‑to‑end integrations using Dell Boomi across key platforms including Salesforce (NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud & Marketing Cloud), NetSuite, UltiPro, Engaging Networks, and Concur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage enterprise integration architecture and strategy.
• Lead and mentor Integration Developers.
• Design scalable API‑based integrations and data workflows.
• Oversee Dell Boomi development, deployment pipelines, and version control.
• Implement standardized error handling, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and cross‑system consistency.
• Manage SDLC, release cycles, QA, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with security, encryption, and audit standards.
• Act as escalation point for complex integration issues.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of enterprise integration experience.
• Strong expertise in Dell Boomi (iPaaS).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, data mapping, and system architecture.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodology experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
